OMG i damn stressed. What can i do? Why do people says that its better to stay in a reltionship that had already gone through everything espcailly how its being brought together.SIGH. What is the true meaning of ROM? Its is Registry Of Marriage? Yes Yes.!!!!!!*HEATBEAT*. Thanks for singing that song to me. U used to sing infront of me and u will always carry on singing. I am so damn touched[T.T] Do u know that?UR EYES ARE GENTLE.U are just to gentle=D ROM?! Once a person being attached by their husband for life, its called ROM. Its just a damn cert to prove that u're already MARRIED. sigh sigh sigh..227 is near. How? Love is so strong but only can be shared within 2 individuals and not another party coming in and destroying it. Wanna be blessed and being blessed and blissful?

Marriage Fees
Fees for solemnisation at the ROM and solemnisation conducted by a JP or grassroots leader is S$26.00
Marriage fees for solemnisation at a church or temple is S$18.00
If an applicant is between 18 and 21 years old, he/she requires the parents’ consent to marry. Both parents and two adult witnesses with NRICs must also be present.
